Vaishana is the Founder of The VV Groups and oversees its diverse entities, including VV Consulting Group, a 2x award-winning HR & Business Consultancy, and VV Care Foundation, a humanitarian organization. In VVCG, she leads a team that offers comprehensive HR and business consultancy services for companies in the IPO, Startups, and SME sectors, focusing particularly on the technology, retail, and ecommerce industries.

 

Vaishana started her career with Manpower Group, one of the largest global recruitment firms, where she gained invaluable experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce management. She then moved on to work with startups such as Rocket Internet, Lazada, iflix, Fashion Valet, Delivery Hero and Foodpanda where she played an integral role in scaling the businesses and building HR departments from scratch.

When the pandemic caused significant disruptions in the business world, Vaishana saw an opportunity to use her expertise to help organizations navigate the challenges from the aftermath. Having that in mind, she founded VV Consulting Group, where she became an HR Entrepreneur, which has since helped several businesses across various industries to assess, identify and address any operational difficulties. Vaishana has also assisted organizations in streamlining their HR processes and developing effective business strategies to stay competitive in the market.

 

Given her HR experience spanning over 14 years, Vaishana possesses a deep understanding of the challenges that organizations face in the competitive business world. Vaishana's expertise in HR and business strategies has made her a sought-after consultant in the industry for IPO, Startups and SMEs. Her ability to understand the unique challenges that each organization faces and tailor effective solutions to address those challenges has earned her the trust of many businesses.

 

Vaishana currently serves on the Board as one of the Directors of a global humanitarian organization since 2020 and is the Founder of her own humanitarian organization - VV Care Foundation, which is also the current strategic partner with Rotary Club of HartaMas helping the underprivilege children with the focus on mental health and empowerment. Additionally, Vaishana is an Industry Thought Leader, Speaker and a Mentor to Aspiring Entrepreneurs and HR Talents.
